A Guide to Booking your Tee Time Online with a Player Card

This guide is designed to help you use our online booking facility, which is proving very popular with many of our regular golfers. Did you know that with a Player Card you can also book online up to 9 days in advance.

To benefit from the Player Card Online savings, you must first register your details with us at info@hoebridgegc.co.uk. We will require the following information to issue a Player Card:

Full Name

Full Address including Postcode

E-mail Address

Mobile Phone Number

Once we have received your details we will send out a confirmation e-mail detailing your username and password, along with sending your Player Card in the post.

Once you have received this you are ready to book online. Go to our website at http://www.hoebridgegc.co.uk/ and click “Book Online” in the top right hand corner

1. Once you are registered as a Player Card Holder and have received your username, Click on the green box for Club Members & Player Card Holders

2. Enter your Username and Password and click “Login”

3. Choose which course you would like to play

9 Holes Shey

4. Select Number of Players (maximum 4 per tee time). (Please note: minimum bookable is 2 per tee time in the week and after 1pm at weekends, and minimum of 3 per tee time before 1pm weekends)

5. Select the date you would like to play

6. Select a time frame you would like to play in.

7. Enter the details of those playing with you. If they have a player card number please enter their card number in the “Membership No” box (please note that the discount will only be given if they have registered to book online). If they are a non-member please enter their name and tick the “guest” box. Once completed click “Submit”.

8. Your booking summary with the total cost will now be displayed. Enter your card details in the space provided and click “Make Payment”. Please Note All Online Bookings are Non-Refundable, click the link on the left hand side for full terms & conditions

9. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail detailing your booking and exact tee time.
