I have found Ryan Stonehouse to be a well-qualified and experienced trainer whose extensive knowledge enables him to tailor my personal training to my specific physical strengths and weaknesses. His enjoyable sessions are comprehensive involving cardio-vascular work, weights an weight machines and other exercises. He measures my progress and sets targets and programmes designed to achieve all-round fitness, such that I have discovered muscles I never knew were there!!
Jess has been my personal trainer for a while now and I couldn’t ask for a more friendly and understanding person to train me. She knows what my goals are and she helps me to get the results that I want. She's a great person to have train you as not only does she know the fitness side of things but can help you with the nutritional side also if that is what you are looking for. Overall she has a great knowledge and understanding and is a lovely pt."

Whilst a keen runner and reasonably fit, I started to train with Ryan in a bid to get stronger and to keep the middle aged spread at bay! Ryan is an excellent trainer. He is the perfect combination of tough and warm, he is very calm and encouraging and there’s none of that shouting and bullying approach to exercise. Because of his efforts, I am much stronger and more flexible, I have better balance and most importantly, the workouts are fun. Each workout is tailored so you can achieve the goals you have previously agreed. During the time we’ve been training together, we’ve also had to work on rehabilitation following a knee operation and his experience, methods and approach have meant that I was back training within weeks. I’ve also learnt a lot from Ryan as he is always willing to share his expert knowledge and answer any questions. I recommend Ryan without reservation.
