Meet The Pros
Jon Grant
Jon has 20 years experience of teaching. Much of this time was spent with the well known and respected National Coach Vivien Saunders. He specialises in long term, individual 'results' based coaching where the majority of time is spent on the golf course working at the real game, versus spending hours on the driving range, Jons ethos is that driving range work should make up a small part of golf tuition, but range work alone can be likened to learning to play tennis by hitting up against a wall.

Leighton Kane
Leighton qualified as a PGA Professional 9 years ago and is also a qualified Neuro Linguistic Sports Practitioner which provides both coach and player a format to maximise potential and to allow the golfer to have both trained swing and brain technique. His philsophy is simple - good basic fundamentals allow the golfer to swing the club in a natural way. We are all individuals with different learning abilities, and in working together he will tailor the programme to best meet the aspirations of his pupils.
Ben Rosser
Ben is a Foundation Degree qualified PGA Professional. The degree now intensively looks at how the make up of the body influences the golf swing. A predominant factor of Bens' teaching technique is looking at the psychological aspects of the game. As a player he represented the county of Cornwall and has competed on the Southern Professionals Tour. Ben believes that with the aid of good technique and practice anyone can improve their game.
Fiona Brown
Fiona is coach to the Surrey County Ladies and Junior Training Squads. She has played International Amatuer golf for over 10 years, including 2 Curtis Cups and has won a variety of International Amatuer titles. Chris Hebdon
Chris has been a qualified PGA professional for over 29 years. In the early 80's he played on the Asian Tour, playing in the Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysian Opens. Chris has taught both adults and juniors and does not have a set method of teaching. He believes each person should be taught on their own merits.
Laurence Pawley
Lawences has finished his second year of the PGA Foundation Degree and is about to enter his final year. He is currently coaching in the Surrey Futures programme with PGA Professional Fiona Brown. Before turning to golf Laurence had an international swimming career for Great Britain, giving him an insight into what it takes to perform at the highest level of any sport both mentally and physically. As a player Laurence represented the county of Yorkshire on their way to winning the county championships. He firmly believes a good swing can only be built around good fundamentals.
Adam Stacey
Adam is a qualified PGA Professional and is currently the UK and European Long Drive Champion. He has played all around the world and currently holds the course record as well as a long drive record of 477 yards. Adam believes that golf is turning into a power game and by developing a more efficient and powerful technique, you will gain a huge advantage over your competitors. He believes that quality communication between teacher and pupil is the key to a successful improvement.
